Our community also offers shared-room options starting at $2,600 per month. These spaces are limited in availability and are offered based on suitability. There is also a one-time community entry fee of $2500 for new residents.

The base apartment rate does not include an individualized level-of-care charge. These care charges can range up to $1,600 per month, based on an initial assessment and periodic reassessments that consider the resident’s condition, medical history, mobility, and other support needs.

This means a resident’s monthly Assisted Living cost is generally:

Optional services may have additional costs such as our Huntsville community on-site beauty salon which is available at an additional charge.
